BALANCE
Ideal for anyone and everyone, BALANCE is a a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Improve your flexibility and increase core strength while you reduce stress levels. You'll focus your mind and create a lasting sense of wellbeing and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and stretches makes BALANCE a useful recovery solution. Participants feel more positive, confident, motivated, and less stressed.

CORE
This program hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, as well as improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.

SHAPE
This is the workout you never knew you needed. An invigorating blend of Pilates, barre, and power yoga. With small, controlled movements, you sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment and increase flexibility. It’s a low impact but intense way to heat up your training.
Just six weeks of SHAPE can lead to a 35% increase in abdominal endurance, a 26% increase in back endurance, and 20% better balance and hip stability.

FAQ'S
Can I bring a friend with me?
Yes. You can share one of your classes with your friend, or they can pick their own plan.
What if it's raining?
We host classes in all safe weather. We occasionally have to cancel classes when rain, smoke, or turbulent weather is in the forecast. We will do our best to notify you well in advance.
Do I need to reserve a spot ahead of time?
Yes. There are limited spots. In order to keep the peacefulness of the farm, space is limited.
Are kids or dogs allowed?
No. Lavender Fields is a working farm. There are horses in pasture. And, the chickens free range.
What do I bring?
Water and beach blanket or towel - as big as you want. There is plenty of space. You can also bring a yoga mat, but it will get dirty.
Can I feed or pet the animals?
No. The animals are available for you to enjoy from afar only.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel 24 hours (or more) before class and you will receive a credit for a future class.
What do I wear?
Dress in layers to be prepared for the unbelievable change in temperature as the sun comes up. If you like to get cozy for savasana, bring warm socks, a beanie and a blanket.
How do I check in?
Lavender Fields is a private farm and equestrian facility. We will have the gate open for you and meet you at the office.
